Organizational Notifications

Set the notifications you want your org to have

On your AMPT platform, as an Admin, you get to set the notifications for org-wide actions. These can (and should) be updated to reflect the overall strategy for keeping your employees and users aware of what is going on inside your organization.

Below is a screenshot of the admin portal where you can change and update your notifications settings.

Glossary of Org- Notification Types

Invites: Turning this notification on ensures all new users get the invite email to join your AMPT.

Nudges: Turning on this notification ensures that anyone who is recognized on your platform will get the notification if they are part of the recognition in some way.

Replies: Turning on this notification will send notifications to those who are both on the nudge (receiver or giver) as well as those who "reply to" the recognition in the comments section.

Likes: Turning on this notification will send a notification to those who had a moment of recognition "liked" by another user.

Bulletins: Turning on this notification will ensure those on the bulletin/communication actually receive the notice of a new bulletin.

Communications: Having this notification on ensures that recipients of other forms of communications on AMPT will be notified when communicated with (for example: New updates, new features, new in-app notifications, new alerts from org, etc).

All Nudges: Having this notification on means that everyone in your organization will receive notice of any moment of recognition. Please think through this notification before turning on. Everyone in your org would be notified for each moment of recognition.

All Birthdays: Having this notification on means that everyone in your organization will receive notice of every employee's birthday. Please think through this notification before turning on. Everyone in your org would be notified for each bday.

All Anniversaries: Having this notification on means that everyone in your organization will receive notice of employee anniversary. Please think through this notification before turning on. Everyone in your org would be notified for each employee work anniversary.

Department Nudges: Turning on this notification means that each member of any group or department would be notified for every moment of recognition that any member in same dept/group receives.

Department Birthdays: Turning on this notification means that each member of any group or department would be notified for every celebrated birthday that any member in same dept/group has.

Department Anniversaries: Turning on this notification means that each member of any group or department would be notified for every celebrated work anniversary that any member in same dept/group has.
