For example, continuing education for employees is now done on AMPT Health platforms to ensure continuity of messaging and onboarding of new employees. Fundamentally, AMPT allows engagement of employees, connections that drive shared values, and consequently corporate culture.

That culture established for employees has been tracked directly to patient experiences and outcomes through peer reviews, patient reviews, and evidence-based outcomes.

As a startup in Lincoln, Opendorse has seen steady growth. With growth came change and opportunity. As Opendorse went through change certain individuals did not work together as they once did.  Old groups grew to new groups and the old connections and team cohesion was tested regardless of the same business objectives.

The best way Opendorse stayed connected with their team was via AMPT. Letting each team member know they were still there for them, was powerful.  Using AMPT showed the rest of the team what others are doing. UTilizing AMPT to identify disengaged employees

Opendorse was also one of the first client's to utilize AMPT's insight's to identify those employees who may be disengaged.  A custom report was generated for Opendorse to look at client's who hadn't been active on AMPT for over 6 months.  

Leaders are now given notifications for when certain employee's haven't been active allowing them to engage their employee and ask questions about their overall employment experience. This activity has led to increased engagement opportunities and directly led to a decrease in turnover.

Mary Greeley Medical Center

AMPT HEALTH CLIENT

AMPT Health additionally provides customized reports for Mary Greeley Medical Center upon request that provide quarterly metrics. Those metrics in turn are then utilized during town hall meetings that the hospital uses to engage the community.

The Mary Greeley Medical Center leadership believes that the robust analytics allow them to have a strong leadership voice not only within the hospital, but within the community, building a trusting relationship that helps to stabilize the change and sometimes frustration that comes with the health care process.
