As it is with almost every great company that exists today, AMPT was born out of the question: “What if?” It was 2014, and the exact question was: “As a leader, how can one properly show appreciation for it to have a positive impact? What if there was a simple platform that not only solved this, but also aligned one’s strengths with an organizations core values to recognize employees?” Thus, AMPT was born, and still resides in Lincoln NE. What started out as a “What if?”, has turned into the simplest, most effective strengths-based way to recognize someone in their moments of greatness. Of course, there’s many ways to show appreciation, and many times that comes in the form of a “yeah, we have that too” statement from vendors. However, appreciation and recognition is ALL we do and we’re proud to be the best.
