AS SUCH, EVERYTHING YOU POST, SHARE, OR OTHERWISE COMMUNICATE TO OR THROUGH THE APPLICATION WILL BE ACCESSIBLE BY YOUR EMPLOYER. YOUR EMPLOYER RETAINS FULL OWNERSHIP OVER ALL INFORMATION POSTED TO THE APPLICATION OR USING THE WEB-BASED SERVICES, AND MAY CHOOSE TO USE SUCH INFORMATION IN MAKING EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS.
The terms “We,” “Us,” “Our,” mean Gear Five, Inc. The terms “You,” and “Your” refer to You, as a subscriber and user of Our Services. The term “Personal Information” means information that You provide to Us and which relates to an identified or identifiable person, such as Your name, phone number, email address, and other data that is tied to such information.
User-Provided Personal Information – Registration for and use of this Application will require that We collect some Personal Information about You, which may include Your name, contact information (via email and otherwise as necessary), and information about Your employment including supervisors, job titles, and employment statistics. Therefore, all information, included User-Generated Content can and will be shared with participating employers. Employers may use, at their own discretion, such information to make decisions including but not limited to: promotion, changes in pay, suspension, or termination of employment. By consenting to these Terms, You agree to hold harmless the Company for all employment decisions made by Your employer for reasons associated with these Services.
We may also use Your Personal Information to:
- Carry out Our obligations to provide the Services to You under any terms of service between You and Us;
- Notify You about changes in Our Services;
- Ensure that content from Our Services is presented in the most effectively manner for You and for Your device;
- Allow You to participate in interactive features of the Service, whenever You may choose to do so;
- Provide You with information about parts of the Service We feel may interest you; and
- Continue Our efforts to keep Our Services safe and secure.
